Hi, I'm Alexis Asturias, a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of experience helping patients and families navigate healthcare across a variety of settings, including acute care, home health, rehabilitation, long-term care, and healthcare leadership.

Throughout my career, I've worked closely with patients and caregivers during some of life's most challenging transitions. Whether coordinating care after a hospital stay, helping families understand complex medical information, or advocating for a loved one's needs, I've seen firsthand how overwhelming healthcare can feel.

That experience inspired me to create The Care Compass RN.

My mission is simple: to provide compassionate guidance, trusted support, and practical solutions that help families make informed healthcare decisions with confidence.

As a nurse navigator and patient advocate, I offer personalized support tailored to each individual's unique situation. From hospital and rehabilitation discharges to aging parent support, wellness check-ins, medication organization, and caregiver guidance, I help families navigate the healthcare system with greater clarity and peace of mind.
